Olfactory range of great impact with hints of fresh grass, green olive and basil. The taste is balanced unfolding on sensations of wet earth and thistle. It's a typical Moraiolo cultivar from Umbria and is well balanced. Pair it with game dishes from the Sibillini mountains or with desserts with almonds, thus replacing butter with olive oil.
