Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Golden green, clear and quite dense. Intense nose, it opens with tones of tomato leaf, cut grass, followed by fresh apple and almond, pine nuts, dry hay and hints of citrus. In the mouth it denotes a flowing structure, the right fatness appropriately balanced by spicy tones and a pleasant bitter streak. Harvesting is done manually with mechanical facilitators at veraison for all cultivars, continuously extracted, filtered and stored in silos. A drizzle on pappa al pomodoro or to dress an octopus and potato salad.
