Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Golden with greenish hues. Typical aroma with classic scents of chicory, boiled artichoke and Golden apple, followed by hints of champignon mushroom and dried fruit. On the palate, it is herbaceous with decisive, lingering flavors that progress from slightly smooth to moderate bitter and spicy. Manual and facilitated harvest during the “green ripe” stage, continuous pressing, filtration and conservation in stainless steel. Ideal for preparing a green sauce to accompany boiled meats or drizzled on cream of fava bean soup with crispy pork jowl.
