Moraiolo monocultivar oil is obtained from selected 100% Moraiolo olives.
SENSORY PROFILE
Moraiolo Oil, a single-varietal oil from a prized cultivar, characterized by a full-bodied flavor and a fresh, green aroma with intense bitter and spicy notes. On the nose, the medium intensity of the herbaceous aroma presents hints of artichoke and a light sensation of almond.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Designed primarily for seasoning bruschetta, soups, and red meats, it is capable of satisfying even the most refined and demanding palates.
EXTRACTION
Cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting using the continuous cycle system.
