SIDORO is a time-tested olive oil farm which has been run by the same family for three generations. At over 400 meters above sea level, the approximately 2,000 olive trees are set against the backdrop of the quaint village of Torre del Colle, near Bevagna.
The area is fully dedicated to olive oil farming thanks to its wholesome, uncontaminated nature, and the professionalism with which the farm is run is a guarantee of balanced oils with character.
The SIDORO Moraiolo monocultivar is proof of the farm’s high standards of quality. The result is an exquisite oil with intense flavor, characterized by distinct bitter notes balanced with spice and tinged with a deep, fresh aroma.
It has a slight aftertaste of hazelnut.
