It has a pleasant bouquet of almond with hints of wild grass, artichoke and chicory. The taste is a balanced blend of bitter and peppery flavors with very pleasant aromatic notes. Used to enrich creamy soups, vegetable soups and mixed green salads and to enhance the flavor of both meat and fish dishes. Cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting using the continuous cycle system.
