MORAIOLO: Green coat with golden nuances, bright and of good density. Smell characterized by aromas that recall green beans, rocket, kiwi, aromatic herbs and radish. In the mouth it boasts structure and vegetal fragrance that distance the perception of fat, then pressing spicy and bitter notes conclude the excellent tasting.
BLEND: Golden yellow with emerald flash, clear. Rich and fragrant, with aromas of scrub herbs, basil, cut grass, tomato leaf and fresh almond. Pleasant in the bitter and very decisive in the spicy notes, long persistence of rocket and dried fruit in the finish.
FAVOLOSA: Bright topaz green to anticipate intense tones of green tomato and cut grass, scrub herbs and chicory leaves. The mouth is a blend of vegetal tones, driven by very tasty phenols that outline a persistent and appropriately bitter finish.
